Hi, I'm Malachi Irwin the artist behind The Bible Soundtrack Project. I'm a software developer by day and musician by night. Soundtracks have always inspired me. At some point I'd like to compose for some real films. So far I've composed music for a few singles and an EP. This works is my biggest undertaking yet.
This project has been fun for me to work on, and I'm excited to share it with you.
Music has always been a big part of my life. Growing up I played piano and participated in a homeschool choir. My piano lessens ended after several years after we moved states but I've continued to play by ear and experiment. I'm very self driven to learn. Due to this I've continued to improve my skills over the years. Singing has been a big culture in my family and church. Choir deepened my love for music and moved me closer to desiring to write my own. I've also been involved in my church's worship team for several years which helped me develop my skills as a musician. Over time I started to experiment with making my own creations, doodling on the piano, which eventually led me to where I am today.
